What this site collects, which is very little

What we collect

Nothing. This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and has no server that could log you — every page is a static file. We do not ask for, and have no way to receive, your name, your email address, or any other personal detail.

Your browser tells our host the ordinary things any web request carries — an IP address, a browser version, the page you asked for — and those may appear in the host’s own logs. We do not read or analyse them.

Advertising

This site does not currently carry advertising, and no advertising cookies are set. It is intended to carry a single advertisement per chapter, served by Google AdSense. When that begins, this page will be updated before the first advertisement appears, and readers in regions where consent is required will be asked before any advertising cookie is set, through a Google-certified consent platform.

We would rather say that plainly than describe cookies we do not yet set.

What is embedded from elsewhere

Nothing. There are no third-party fonts, scripts, trackers, embedded videos, or social widgets. Every image and stylesheet is served from this site. Loading a page here contacts no other company.

Season data

Historical game results come from Retrosheet and are baked into the site when it is built. Reading them contacts nobody — the data is already here.
